Experienced Valuer / Lister required for a successful independent estate agency in Banstead. Basic £30k with OTE £55–60k, monthly car allowance, commission structure and additional incentives. Monday–Saturday working with every other Saturday off and a day in lieu when worked. A fantastic opportunity for a proven instruction winner to join a strong local brand.

The Role

As a Valuer / Lister, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
  • Building strong relationships with vendors
  • Converting valuation opportunities into listings
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure successful marketing and sale of properties
  • Driving new business and increasing market share
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service

This role requires confidence, credibility, and the ability to demonstrate local market expertise.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday Either every other Saturday off A day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked

Salary & Package

Basic Salary: £30,000 OTE: £55,000 – £60,000 Commission-based structure Monthly car allowance Additional performance-related incentives

Proven experience as a Valuer / Lister within estate agency Strong track record of winning instructions Commercially driven and target-focused Excellent communication and negotiation skills Professional and well-presented Full UK driving licence
