We are recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for a successful independent estate agency in Epsom. This role offers excellent earnings potential with a competitive basic salary, strong commission structure, car allowance and additional performance incentives. Working hours are Monday–Saturday (with a day off in lieu of Saturdays worked). If you’re an experienced, driven negotiator ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for:
- Registering, qualifying and managing buyers
- Conducting viewings and securing offers
- Negotiating sales to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Assisting with valuations where required
- Sales progression through to completion
- Generating additional revenue through referrals and ancillary services
- Delivering five-star service to vendors and purchasers alike
This role would suit an experienced Negotiator ready to step up, or an established Senior Negotiator seeking a high-performing, well-rewarded environment.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 18:00 Friday & Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday: Closed
A day off is given in lieu of working Saturday, making this effectively a five-day week. (Saturdays are not guaranteed off but can be requested.)
Salary & Package
Basic Salary: £18,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience) OTE: £35,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience) 4-month financial guarantee (TBC)
Car allowance: typically £150+ per month
Commission: 6% starting rate, increasing to 8%
Multiple additional performance incentives included within the package
The Ideal Candidate
Previous estate agency sales experience is essential

- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Confident, proactive and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
