FULL DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Graphic Design Intern

REPORTING TO: Junior Graphic Designer

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

LOCATION: Victoria, London

START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT: 2.5 days a week, 6 month internship

THE ROLE: As a Graphic Design Intern at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you will play a key role in supporting our marketing and design team. Working closely with the wider Marketing team and the Junior Graphic Designer, you will contribute to both ongoing initiatives and new projects. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while bringing fresh, creative ideas to support the brand’s marketing efforts. We are looking for a Graphic Designer (ideally available immediately) with a strong creative focus and a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include creative design, image editing, and providing ongoing support across seasonal marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Junior Graphic Designer with day to day tasks across the department.
  • Update store visuals and support with seasonal documents for clienteling.
  • Assist with collection launches on the website through content block design and image updates.
  • Seasonal photo editing across studio, ecomm and campaign.
  • Work with the Marketing team during photoshoots with prop prep and on the day support.
  • Social ads design.
  • Social media story design.
  • Seasonal document creation (PR lookbooks, Event invites…)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A passion for fashion, product, and marketing is essential.
  • Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in Photoshop & InDesign.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to get involved with a wide variety of tasks.
  • Studying or experienced in graphic design
  • Strong ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive within a collaborative team.
