Level 2 Production Chef

This Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship is designed for high-volume environments like schools, care homes, hospitals, and casual dining. Apprentices learn to work with standardized menus, follow procedures, prepare food safely, and use kitchen tools effectively. The program focuses on accuracy, hygiene, and teamwork, building confidence and developing future talent.
