This Level 3 apprenticeship helps you build the skills to become a qualified IT technician. Whether you want to support users, work on networks, or troubleshoot technical issues, this is your path into the industry.

You’ll choose one of two pathways: Support Technician or Network Technician. You’ll learn how to install software, set up systems, manage security, solve technical issues and communicate clearly with users – all while working in a real job and getting paid.

With expert coaching, practical projects and a clear route to progression, this programme gives you the tools to grow in your role, boost your confidence and take the next step in your tech career.

Professional Discussion – 60-minute interview using a submitted portfolio as reference
