Admissions Manager

Working pattern: On site four days per week, with one day working from home

Reporting to: Registrar

Join a growing business school and help shape the future of admissions at SP Jain London School of Management. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced admissions professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a central role in shaping, improving and leading our undergraduate admissions function.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the undergraduate admissions function across SP Jain London programmes
  • Oversee the full applicant journey from application to enrolment
  • Manage UCAS and direct admissions processes
  • Ensure admissions processes are efficient, clearly documented, audit ready and fit for purpose
  • Support the issuing of offers, CAS and joining instructions
  • Ensure compliance with UKVI sponsor duties, CMA requirements and internal policies
  • Work closely with colleagues across Registry, recruitment and wider professional services
  • Provide admissions data, analysis and management information to support planning and decision-making
  • Contribute to strategic discussions relating to recruitment, enrolment planning and growth

About you

We are looking for someone who brings strong admissions knowledge, good judgement, and the confidence to take ownership of a key function in a growing institution.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience working in higher education admissions
  • A strong understanding of the applicant journey from application to admission
  • Experience of UCAS and direct admissions processes
  • Knowledge of UKVI student route requirements
  • An understanding of CMA requirements in higher education
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor trends and support forecasting
  • Experience using CRM and student record systems
  • A proactive and improvement-focused approach
  • The ability to work effectively across teams and with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A commitment to delivering an excellent applicant experience
