You will design and deliver compelling Power BI solutions that help turn our people data into clear and meaningful insights.

What you’ll be doing

You will gather requirements and take a data-led approach to develop, maintain, and automate Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable data insights to support leaders in pushing for high performance.

Other accountabilities will include data modelling, self-learning to stay on track with Power BI developments, and working across the People and Culture team to integrate a range of people data points.

This is a great opportunity to develop your PowerBI skills and create solutions that will be used by people leaders across the organisation.

About you

As a minimum, you will have/be:

  • Proven experience with Power BI and strong skills in data visualisation and storytelling
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand data visualisation needs and translate them into innovative solutions
  • Experience in maintaining Power BI assets to ensure performance and usability
  • Proficiency in Power Query and data modelling
  • Experience with connecting to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft 365 application knowledge
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data and continuous learning
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
