About this role
We are looking for care assistants to support clients across Heanor and the surrounding area. The work is practical, people-focused and varied. One visit might be personal care and medication, the next might be making a meal, checking wellbeing and helping someone feel less isolated.
Heanor suits carers who are organised and switched on. Families often need support that fits around work and other responsibilities, so reliable visit times and clear communication matter a lot. We plan rounds carefully and keep teams small so the job feels structured rather than chaotic.
No experience is needed if you have the right attitude. We train every new starter properly and give you support as you learn. If you are after a role where the work matters and the team actually backs you up, this is well worth a look.
