FULL DESCRIPTION

What You'll Do

- Own and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, with accountability for revenue growth and retention - Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts - Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed services, projects, and solutions - Lead regular account reviews, aligning [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]’s services to customer goals and future plans - Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience - Manage commercial conversations including renewals, pricing, and contract discussions - Proactively spot risks within accounts and take action to protect revenue and relationships

What You'll Need

- Proven experience in an Account Manager role within an MSP or IT services environment - Strong commercial awareness with experience growing and retaining customer accounts - A solid understanding of core IT services such as managed services, cloud, security, and modern workplace - Ability to hold credible conversations with technical stakeholders, even if you are not hands-on - Confidence in leading customer conversations, including commercial and strategic discussions - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
