Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring all client projects are delivered on brief, on brand and on budget.
  • Working in a team on a number of sponsorship properties (across rights holders, stakeholders and caterers)
  • Receiving of briefs and liaising with design team/copywriters to ensure brand consistency across projects
  • Working with various stakeholders at senior and junior levels from project brief to completion
  • Being part of a team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
  • Creating and giving presentations to clients
  • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically

Ideal Candidate

  • Desire to work within the sponsorship, partnerships, or event-led marketing environments
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, brand positioning, and audience engagement strategies
  • Some experience and knowledge of sponsorship activations across sports
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to develop proposals and manage budgets effectively
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas persuasively to clients, rights holders and internal teams
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to long-term partnership planning and growth
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights and reporting to clients
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly under pressure
  • Understanding of creative production processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams
