My client is a well-established West Midlands law firm with an excellent reputation for the quality of its legal advice to both private and business clients.
An opportunity has arisen in the firms busy Residential Conveyancing team for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 2 years experience.
You will be used to dealing with your own caseload of work including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfer of equity etc and be able to forge strong relationships with local estate agents and lenders.
