Role Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a crucial role at the beginning of the sales journey. You are responsible for generating, qualifying, and developing high-quality leads that fuel the sales pipeline across the Nordic markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partners, you act as a key link between market opportunity and commercial success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, strategic conversations, and building long-term value with clear growth opportunities toward an account management or sales position.
Role Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns
- Build, manage, and continuously enrich a strong and qualified sales pipeline
- Engage with both new prospects and an existing customer base
- Identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and secure high-quality sales meetings
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to convert leads into opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Analyse sales activities, track performance, and report on pipeline and lead trends
- Develop and present tailored sales quotes and proposals
- Support strategic sales initiatives, marketing events, and growth projects
- Act as a trusted point of reference and mentor for junior colleagues
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting
- Solid understanding of early-stage sales processes, including lead generation and qualification
- Strong, hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and other prospect mapping tools
- Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Analytical mindset combined with excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ambition to grow within a commercial organisation and evolve toward broader sales responsibilities
