As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a crucial role at the beginning of the sales journey. You are responsible for generating, qualifying, and developing high-quality leads that fuel the sales pipeline across the Nordic markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partners, you act as a key link between market opportunity and commercial success. Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a crucial role at the beginning of the sales journey. You are responsible for generating, qualifying, and developing high-quality leads that fuel the sales pipeline across the Nordic markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partners, you act as a key link between market opportunity and commercial success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, strategic conversations, and building long-term value with clear growth opportunities toward an account management or sales position.

Role Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns
  • Build, manage, and continuously enrich a strong and qualified sales pipeline
  • Engage with both new prospects and an existing customer base
  • Identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and secure high-quality sales meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to convert leads into opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Analyse sales activities, track performance, and report on pipeline and lead trends
  • Develop and present tailored sales quotes and proposals
  • Support strategic sales initiatives, marketing events, and growth projects
  • Act as a trusted point of reference and mentor for junior colleagues

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting
  • Solid understanding of early-stage sales processes, including lead generation and qualification
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and other prospect mapping tools
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Analytical mindset combined with excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ambition to grow within a commercial organisation and evolve toward broader sales responsibilities
