Job title: Financial Consolidation & Reporting Lead

Role Description

An exciting opportunity has become available within their FCR Delivery Team for an FCR Lead. This is a full‑time position.

In this role, you will be central to supporting their rapidly growing organisation -driving operational excellence, strengthening internal capabilities, and contributing to broader strategic objectives.

They’re looking for someone who combines reliability with initiative; someone who consistently exceeds expectations through precision, strong communication, effective collaboration, and proactive problem‑solving.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a dedicated FCR Delivery Team
  • Define and implement FCR Delivery Methodology
  • Establish FCR quality and governance framework in collaboration with PMO
  • Train and develop consultants through structured pathways
  • Drive internal development: mentor consultants, identify capability gaps, and support escalations
  • Provide quality assurance across all FCR projects
  • Ensure delivery excellence: uphold standards, design principles, and conduct design reviews
  • Collaborate with regional leads to manage resource capacity
  • Act as Anaplan Product Liaison: enable internal teams and maintain feedback loop with Anaplan
  • Support GTM and pre-sales activities: storytelling, value cases, and workshops
  • Contribute to marketing through domain content and thought leadership
  • Advise customers throughout lifecycle: adoption support and PEA guidance

Essential Skills & Experience

  • A 4-year degree in Finance / Accounting and / or have CPA designation or equivalent
  • Experience in consulting / implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions like Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC, Orace Financial Consolidation and Tagetik
  • Subject matter expertise in Financial Consolidations and Group Reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modelling skills
  • Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy
  • Passion for business analytics, and financial consolidation and close
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to the company’s values and cultural expectations

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Anaplan or / and Fluence
