Hire Controller
You’ll act as our main point of contact for customers ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner, and whilst coordinating hires you’ll be operating as a link between the Sales and Operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with potential and existing clients
- Offering services
- Providing quotations
- Ensuring all administration is up to date
What We’re Looking For
- We are looking for an amiable and approachable character, who is extremely customer focused, with excellent attention to detail.
- You will be educated to a good level, and have excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone. IT skills are essential for the role.
- Experience in sales or customer service is required and knowledge of the hire industry would be beneficial, however full training will be provided on our products.
