Regulatory Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure telecommunications products, services, and operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a global regulatory compliance framework.
• Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, managing communications, enquiries, and submissions.
• Monitor regulatory changes, analyse potential business impact, and provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver regulatory compliance strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Support new product launches, market expansion, and strategic initiatives from a regulatory perspective.
• Identify regulatory risks, compliance gaps, and mitigation strategies to ensure ongoing adherence.
• Represent the business in regulatory discussions, industry forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Influence regulatory outcomes and contribute to shaping industry standards where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications regulations, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience interpreting regulatory guidance.
• Proven ability to assess regulatory risk and implement effective compliance solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance regulatory requirements and business priorities.
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to build relationships and influence decision-making.
