At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group, we are looking for a proactive and engaged People Team Admin who can provide essential administrative support to the People Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace. We are looking for an individual who can ensure the department is up to date with the best HR and People practices, company process, as well as focusing on recruitment and onboarding of incredible team members to join our award-winning team.
Your Role
At [Employer hidden] Group, we are looking for a proactive and engaged People Team Admin who can provide essential administrative support to the People Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace. We are looking for an individual who can ensure the department is up to date with the best HR and People practices, company process, as well as focusing on recruitment and onboarding of incredible team members to join our award-winning team.
Day to day, you will be:
- You will be a champion for business initiatives and uphold our company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable and ‘respectful.
- You will take ownership of the day to day recruitment administration for the business, utilising our ATS to ensure recruiters and managers are aware of new applicants.
- You will book in all interviews, gain feedback from managers and deliver ths back to the candidates and recruiters.
- You will hold regular meetings with our PSL to ensure success.
- You will be passionate about delivering the best onboarding process for new starters.
- You will ensure the accuracy of all HR and people team documentation, to uphold a professional and high-quality level of communication across the business from the People team at [Employer hidden].
- You will ensure GDPR is upheld at all times.
- You will assist the team with hands-on tasks, such as behind the scenes preparation for company events.
- You will assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding, contracts, SMT1.
- You will take ownership of certain administrative tasks, and report back to the team regularly.
