Sales Admin Support

 Westbury, Wiltshire 

⏰ 37.5 hours: 9:00- 17:30, Monday to Friday.

 Your Role

At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group, we are looking for a proactive and engaged Sales Admin Support who can provide essential administrative support to the Sales Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace.       We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to administration. You will approach this role with a commercial mindset and will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are in place and maintained.

Day to day, you will be:

  • You will be a champion for business initiatives and uphold our company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable and ‘respectful.
  • Managing site mail by sorting, opening, distributing, and sending post accurately to employees and customers.
  • Handling business-related speeding fines and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Managing stationary orders for the wider team, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
  • Maintaining up-to-date vehicle administration, including tasks such as tax expiry tracking, changing vehicle keepers, and updating registration books.
  • Weekly updates of spreadsheets with accurate and relevant information.
  • Leading office housekeeping efforts, ensuring filing and records are kept audit ready.
  • Answering phone calls, assisting with queries, and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Providing support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Organisation – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain an efficient system to keep the office running smoothly.

Communication – Strong written and verbal communication to interact effectively with all stakeholders across the business, including answering phone calls, writing emails, and sending documents.

Resilience – A resilient person is someone who has strong coping skills and can draw on these when life presents challenges.

Attention to Detail– Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks, whether it’s data entry, record-keeping, or preparing documents, to avoid mistakes and ensure high-quality output.
