Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of all visitors, staff, and contractors. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a historic and beautiful environment while maintaining high security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Access Control: Manage and maintain robust access controls for all personnel and including multiple buildings
  • Security Patrols: Conduct regular mobile patrols, including the operation of the site vehicle, to ensure perimeter and premises integrity. opening and locking various buildings
  • Customer Service: Provide a first-class "meet and greet" experience, building positive rapport with all stakeholders and visitors.
  • Protocol Adherence: Strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security protocols to a high standard.
  • Incident Management: Respond promptly to on-site alarms or security incidents, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and utilize high-level reporting skills to document activities and suspicious incidents.
  • Surveillance: Assist with continuous monitoring of the site to identify and mitigate potential security breaches.
