CLEANING SUPERVISOR - HEALTHCARE

Salary: £13.86 per hour (Saturday £20.79 per hour  & Sundays  £27.72 per hour)

Working Hours: Permanent, Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, Various shifts

Week 1: Monday 06:00 - 14:00, Tuesday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00, Friday 06:00 - 14:00.

Week 2: Tuesday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00, Saturday to Sunday 06:00 - 14:00.

Location: Carlton Court & Dragon Fly Unit, Lowestoft, NR33 8AG

About the role:

As a cleaning supervisor, you will oversee the daily healthcare cleaning services, ensuring they meet the required standards in designated areas. Your responsibilities include planning, supervision, and control of these services.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring your team, helping them grow and succeed.
• Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met in a critical healthcare environment.
• Coordinating daily tasks and managing stock to keep operations running smoothly.
• Solving problems and responding to feedback to ensure we're always providing the best service.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Prior Cleaning experience
• A valid drivers licence
• To be reliable and conscientious with an excellent ability to follow instruction
• To have proven ability to lead a team
• Good communication skills
