Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Day rate: £400 - £500 (Outside IR35)
Contract: 6-Months
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across IT and the wider business to capture, analyse, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for ServiceNow delivery
- Support the delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades, and optimisation initiatives
- Review and improve IT service management processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem
- Lead and support workshops, stakeholder sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Act as a key link between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and clarity
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow programmes
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, and Problem
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills within complex, structured environments
- Previous experience within professional services or similar environments is advantageous
