We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our supported living services in Essex.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running and regulatory compliance of our supported living settings in accordance with CQC standards. As a strong and motivational leader, you will empower our care staff to deliver the highest quality, person-centred support to the individuals in our care.

Your day-to-day duties will involve:

  • Managing all operational aspects of the regulated supported living services
  • Ensuring staff understand and follow policies, procedures and care regulations
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of care professionals
  • Carrying out supervisions, appraisals and handling HR matters
  • Coordinating care plans, risk assessments and multi-disciplinary reviews
  • Managing finances, resources and maintenance of the settings
  • Overseeing quality assurance through audits, checks and record-keeping
  • Handling complaints, incidents and stakeholder liaison
  • Championing equality, dignity, rights and empowerment

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager with:

  • Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Current registration with relevant professional body (NMC, Social Work England etc.)
  • Solid experience managing care services, preferably in supported living
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and care governance
  • Dedication to delivering truly person-centred, compassionate care
