We are seeking someone who will: • Be energetic and participate fully in parish and community life • Reach out to local schools and engage with young people with a view to growing the congregation • Offer imaginative and scripture-based worship while sustaining our valued tradition of being a broad church rooted in the Anglican liturgy • Champion inclusivity and hospitality, making newcomers feel welcome • Be a collaborative leader, working closely with the wardens and the PCC and empowering the many talented people in the congregation and wider parish In addition, at least one day a week is dedicated to serving as the Diocese of Edmonton Ministry Support Officer, providing pastoral, strategic, and practical leadership that strengthens the capacity of the Area leadership team and supports the flourishing of parishes across the Area.

In addition, at least one day a week is dedicated to serving as the Diocese of Edmonton Ministry Support Officer, providing pastoral, strategic, and practical leadership that strengthens the capacity of the Area leadership team and supports the flourishing of parishes across the Area.
This opportunity may particularly appeal to an experienced priest with a capacity for leadership beyond the parish, or to a priest who wishes to gain experience working alongside senior diocesan leaders. The role will involve exercising influence, initiative, and strategic thinking for the Edmonton Episcopal Area under the direction of the Bishop and in collaboration with the Archdeacon.
All Saints’ is a small, liberal and inclusive church in Highgate, north London. It is a broad church rooted in the Anglican liturgy and has a village feel despite its location. We are blessed with a beautiful building, committed PCC, an active parish social life and many other assets.
The vicar will be on a full stipend with access to a family-sized home with a garden and off-street parking located next to the church in historical Highgate, north London.
