LPCC is a large and growing church in the HTB Network.
We’re looking for a dynamic, faith-filled leader to:
- Drive growth and discipleship across one of our main Sunday congregations.
- Oversee family and youth ministry, raising a new generation of disciples.
- Lead and multiply Alpha and groups, helping people find faith and community.
- Preach and teach, to equip the church for works of ministry (Eph 4).
- Develop leaders and teams. Shape vision and strategy alongside the Rector and senior team
