Main Responsibility

As a junior programmer you will be hands-on designing, and building data models and solutions, under the guidance and supervision of more experienced developers.

A typical day may include:

  • Working with the latest versions of SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSMS
  • Contributing to the advice provided to business users on technical options
  • Writing TSQL
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Building ETL jobs

The Ideal Candidate

Any experience with the following technologies or methodologies will be advantageous:

  • Experience with the Microsoft reporting stack (SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI)
  • Experience with writing SQL queries
  • Experience of troubleshooting SQL/Data load issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem resolution skills
