Main Responsibility
As a junior programmer you will be hands-on designing, and building data models and solutions, under the guidance and supervision of more experienced developers.
A typical day may include:
- Working with the latest versions of SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSMS
- Contributing to the advice provided to business users on technical options
- Writing TSQL
- Troubleshooting issues
- Building ETL jobs
The Ideal Candidate
Any experience with the following technologies or methodologies will be advantageous:
- Experience with the Microsoft reporting stack (SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI)
- Experience with writing SQL queries
- Experience of troubleshooting SQL/Data load issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem resolution skills
