Business Support Administrator
The Business and Executive Support team are looking for an experienced full time administrator to provide support within their Specialist Teaching Support Team Service based in Stafford. The team comprises of the Hearing Impairment Team, Vision Impairment Team and the Autism Outreach Team. The Service supports children and young people aged 0-25 with a diagnosed hearing impairment or vision impairment; or a working diagnosis of autism. Support can be given at home, in early years settings, mainstream and special schools. This support can continue into Further Education through our ASSIST Team (Post-16 sensory support in Staffordshire).

Main Responsibility
The post holder would provide support by maintaining records, processing financial transactions and providing a frontline service for all queries for the service area. Other duties include filing, photocopying, postal duties, word processing, preparing and distributing paperwork in addition to liaising with customers, schools and partner agencies.
The Ideal Candidate
· Good communication skills to engage our customers and Administration teams to share best practise using digital solutions where appropriate to improve processes.
· An ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment and to manage changes at short notice, with a flexible approach.
· Strong IT skills with a knowledge of SCC systems or similar packages for data management.
· Good administrative organisational skills
