Job Title: Data Analyst

Data & Integration Analyst £55,000- £65,000 Hybrid role: office based in London

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is partnering with a growing organisation in the real estate space to hire a Data & Integration Analyst who will play a key role in developing their data platform, improving system integrations, and enabling high‑quality reporting across the business. In this role, you’ll build and maintain data pipelines, integrate multiple SaaS systems, support BI reporting, and ensure data is accurate, accessible, and trusted. You’ll work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and automate key data processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of the data warehouse
  • Organise and model data to enable reporting, analytics, and dashboards
  • Maintain documentation for core datasets
  • Build and enhance BI dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI)
  • Work with stakeholders to gather reporting and data requirements
  • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and reliable
  • Design and maintain data integrations between core systems
  • Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Use APIs and integration tools to automate data flows
  • Monitor and troubleshoot pipelines to ensure accuracy and uptime
  • Implement integrations across key platforms (e.g., CRM, finance, property/asset management, marketing, operational systems)
  • Automate workflows to improve cross‑system data consistency
  • Monitor and improve data quality across all systems
  • Resolve data issues with system owners
  • Contribute to data standards, documentation, and governance processes
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual data and reporting tasks
  • Improve efficiency and reliability of data workflows
  • Support initiatives that advance the organisation’s data maturity

Experience Required

  • Strong SQL and relational database experience
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and API integrations
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, etc.)
  • Experience working with multiple SaaS platforms
  • Data modelling and documentation
  • Experience with low‑code integration tools (e.g., Zapier) beneficial
  • Background in property, real estate, hospitality, or multi‑site operations is beneficial
