£90,000 – £100,000 + Benefits

I am currently partnering with a well-established, international organisation operating at the forefront of its industry, as they look to appoint a Group Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in their next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the future of the finance function, drive meaningful change, and work closely with senior leadership and the board.

 The Opportunity

You will take ownership of group financial reporting across a multi-entity, international business, leading a stable and experienced team while modernising processes and systems in line with recent growth and acquisitions. This role goes beyond BAU — it’s about elevating capability, embedding best practice, and building a finance function fit for scale.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead group consolidation and deliver high-quality, board-ready reporting
• Own and improve month-end and year-end close processes
• Drive adoption of new ERP and finance systems to unlock efficiencies
• Strengthen financial controls and improve cashflow visibility
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
• Lead, coach, and develop a long-tenured finance team

• Proven experience in group reporting and multi-entity consolidation
• Strong people leadership — able to influence, challenge, and bring others on the journey
• A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for systems and process improvement
• Commercial finance experience within a complex, growing business
• Hands-on approach with the credibility to “roll up sleeves” and lead from the front
