We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Consultant to join a Private Equity backed engineering business during a critical phase of group-wide consolidation and digital integration. This is a high-impact interim opportunity to work alongside the Head of Digital Services, ensuring the successful integration, optimisation, and governance of core platforms, particularly simPRO , while acting as the operational interface with the outsourced IT services provider. You will bridge business systems, data, and IT delivery, ensuring platforms, suppliers, and internal teams operate cohesively throughout organisational consolidation. A key element of this role is holding external suppliers accountable for quality, timeliness, and outcomes against agreed service levels and business expectations. Key Responsibilities - Lead integration of simPRO across multiple companies consolidating into a single group environment - Act as the primary operational liaison with the outsourced IT provider - Oversee delivery against agreed scope, SLAs, milestones, and integration timelines - Support group-wide technology integration planning - Help define interim and future-state operating models for systems and IT ownership - Ensure integrations, vendor processes, and platform changes are clearly documented - Support the establishment of standards, controls, and repeatable processes - Provide regular progress updates, risks, and recommendations to the Head of Digital Services Skills & Experience - Proven experience delivering enterprise systems integrations within multi-company or group environments - Experience managing third-party IT service providers - Strong understanding of data integration concepts (APIs, gateways, reporting feeds) - Background in digital transformation or post-merger integration environments
