We are seeking an ambitious and strategic leader to join [Employer hidden] as Director of Cross College Sports. The Role

You will provide strategic leadership across Cross College Sports, setting a clear vision and direction for a high-quality and innovative sports provision. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders, staff, and external partners to ensure strong learner outcomes and meaningful progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • · Leadership and management of staff across the sports curriculum
  • · Quality assurance, self-assessment, and continuous improvement
  • · Curriculum development and enrichment that create meaningful progression pathways
  • · Strategic use of performance data to improve achievement, retention, and progression
  • · Building effective partnerships that support learner progression and opportunity
