This paid training programme offers the opportunity to begin your teaching career in post-16 education while working towards a recognised teaching qualification - either a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Lecturer Salary Scale (Unqualified): £27,980 – £33,543 per annum

- A degree (2:2 or above) in a relevant subject, or significant professional experience

- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/ C or equivalent)

- The right to work in the UK

- Availability to start in August 2026

What the Programme Includes

During the programme you will:

- Complete teacher training qualification (PGCE or Diploma in Teaching)
