Job Description
You will be part of a global team within GlobalLINK, [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Markets multi-asset electronic trading and analytics franchise for institutional clients. Based in the London office (one day remote working) you will be part of the Global Fixed Income product, Fund Connect, an electronic trading platform providing access to a wide range of Global Money Market Funds and primary market ETF trading.
The GlobalLINK EMEA Platform support team are looking to hire an Officer who will be responsible for working with our Fund Connect White label clients. The Officer will become a subject matter expert for the product as well as be able to obtain exposure to the wider application.
What you will be responsible for
As Fund Connect Platform Support, Officer you will
- Provide effective Platform support to our White Label clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with White Label clients
- Provide core operations support including Fund data maintenance, Fund Provider maintenance, Holiday maintenance and notification, User maintenance and triaging Production Related Queries/Incident Management
- Review Fund information for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate data set up and maintenance with the Fund Connect Product and Development team
- Monitor Integrations (data, trade and file transfers) and coordinate issue resolution, including weekend coverage during defined White Label support hours (approx. 5-10 days per year)
- Provide platform training to all operators demonstrating the functionality of the Fund Connect platform upon request
- Conduct and finalise testing prior to system release updates or patches
- Assist in collating and tracking testing feedback and enhancement requests
- Ensure the adherence of all operational procedures are met and develop new procedures as needed
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses as requested by management, and demonstrate ability to translate detailed information into concise, actionable items
- Prepare Monthly Service Level Agreement reporting and participate in review meetings with clients

- Knowledge of cloud-based customer support software, FreshDesk
Education & Experience
Desirable: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics
Required: 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally 2+ years in Platform Support or Client Service role
Fluency in English at a minimum, and any other languages a plus.
Working knowledge of financial industry and all related instruments
