Technical Coordinator

Are you confident working with data, documents and a wide mix of people? We’re looking for a reliable and organised Technical Coordinator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our projects running smoothly by supporting KPI reporting and managing technical information that teams rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go to person for keeping project information organised, accurate and up to date
- Help teams turn data into clear performance reports
- Set up and run document control on projects from start to finish
- Support quality checks, audits and project handovers
- Train and support users on our information management systems
Experience
*Essential* • A consistently high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work with multiple departments & stakeholders • Problem-solving and analytical thinking • Proficiency in Excel and Sharepoint • Experience of EDMS systems such as Asite, Viewpoint, Procore • Projectwise • Understanding of document management control and procedures
*Desirable* • Awareness of project stages and engineering workflows • Working knowledge of BIM4NR • PowerBI • Asite
