The Role:

This People Co-ordinator role is a part time (24 hours a week) opportunity based at our Chorley office. This is a key role which will support our People Partners in the North West and South and Central divisions by providing pragmatic HR advice, supporting the entire recruitment process and building strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

The People Co-ordinator will provide HR services to the North West and South and Central divisions including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Absence management
  • Supporting line managers with HR related and systems queries
  • General HR administration and projects
  • Liaising with and supporting L&D, payroll and occupational health teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in an HR administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines
  • Positive and flexible, ‘can-do’ approach
  • Ability to maintain process, professionalism and confidentiality
