FULL DESCRIPTION

Telesales / Appointment maker Executive

Approx. basic £35k + Annual Bonus + Benefits

Northampton base

Hours – 9am-5pm

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work with a large database of client contacts to gather names, email addresses to expand our points of contact
  • Speak with key decision makers to assess current needs
  • Fact find good quality information with each call
  • Input data into excel spreadsheets / CRM/HubSpot system
  • Working closely with BDM team supporting them with quotes and other simple tasks as required
  • Occasionally attending meetings with customers
  • Email information to new contacts
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up with all communications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Essential that you are an experienced outbound caller who is used to appointment making
  • Must be an experienced outbound B2B Telesales professional
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Energetic & self-motivated
  • Excellent IT skills inc CRM database use, Excel & Outlook
