Senior Account Director

You’ll sit at the centre of the agency, connecting clients, strategy, creative and production to turn ambitious ideas into work that actually gets made.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the centre of the agency, connecting clients, strategy, creative and production to turn ambitious ideas into work that actually gets made.

You’ll lead senior client relationships, drive commercial growth, and ensure campaigns move seamlessly from brief → strategy → screen → performance.

You’ll help brands transition from traditional marketing thinking to platform-native storytelling. And you’ll play a pivotal role in StudioB’s agency growth.

You understand:

  • How brands earn attention on social

You’re comfortable operating in a fast-moving studio environment, where great ideas move quickly from concept to screen.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in account management within a creative, social, or integrated agency
  • Strong experience delivering social-first campaigns and content production projects
  • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead complex projects
  • Experience working closely with creative and production teams
  • Strong commercial understanding of scopes, budgets, and client profitability
