You will be travelling to client sites on a regular basis, based in one of our operational centres at Wellingborough or Luton, covering the area including Milton Keynes, covering the M25 up to Northampton.

On offer for this role is up to £77,809.24 total package. Base of £42,707 - £54,453 dependant on experience, plus company car or car allowance of up to £8,356.24 per annum. Commission is 2.5% of revenue - OTE is £3750 per quarter 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

This role sits within our Cawleys business arm. As a Regional Business Development Manager at [Employer hidden], recycling and recovery UK, you will be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that is helping customers reduce their impact on the environment.

About the role

We have some great services to offer, and we want you to introduce them to new clients in your area. That means spotting development opportunities and making sure [Employer hidden], recycling and recovery UK, is invited to bid for strategically important regional contracts. You will be developing tailored responses and giving client presentations that will result in new additions to our regional portfolio. When a new customer agrees to join us, you will be the central point in negotiating and configuring a contract solution. You will then ensure the new contract is implemented smoothly, so that the customer has a totally positive experience. In short, you will be in charge of refining our regional sales proposition, building our profile within the market place and developing a market position for our brand.

What are the requirements?

Waste and resource management industry knowledge is highly desirable, but it is not essential, as industry training can be given.

You will have a track record of winning and developing new large customers (annualised value of c75K - £1M) therefore you will be financially aware and commercially astute. You will have worked in a senior sales role before and know how to deliver high service levels, create a great customer experience and manage expectations whilst maximising profits. Strong demonstrable sales experience and previous success is a must have.
