Our Sales People team sits within the broader EU GTM organisation, partnering directly with senior commercial leaders to build the people foundations that power [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]'s growth across European markets. This isn't a support function, it's a strategic seat at the table, where organisational design, leadership development, and talent strategy shape how one of [Employer hidden]'s fastest-scaling business areas performs. As Lead People Partner, you'll work closely with the VP of Sales and Country Heads to make sure our growing sales force has the structures, culture, and leadership capability to keep scaling, and to keep winning.

What you'll do

  • Shape and lead the People Strategy roadmap for Sales across European markets, translating business priorities into practical people plans
  • Partner with Sales leadership on organisational design, leadership layering, and workforce planning as the business scales
  • Build and improve core people processes, from onboarding to performance management to leadership development, so they're consistent, scalable, and actually used
  • Coach regional People Partners and Sales Leaders to strengthen management capability and embed a high-performance culture
  • Work cross-functionally with TA, Comp & Ben, Legal, and the wider People team to make sure people practices are compliant, consistent, and impactful

You'll be great for this role if…

  • Strong track record of delivering people and organisational transformation within high-growth, commercial environments, working across multiple countries simultaneously
  • Experience in influencing at VP and Director level, with the credibility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Deep expertise in organisational design, talent management, and leadership capability development
  • Comfort using data and insight to shape decisions, identify trends, and measure the impact of people initiatives
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages such as French, German, or Italian are a plus
