FULL DESCRIPTION

The Role

As a Retoucher, you will be responsible for retouching a variety of Wholesale, Marketing and Ecom fashion imagery to a world-class standard. You Will

  • Have experience of retouching fashion imagery in a commercial setting.
  • Retouch & process imagery for print and online in line with brand guidelines.
  • Be familiar with working to brief and to a high standard.
  • Respond to urgent ad-hoc retouch & file sourcing requests.
  • Ensure all imagery is retouched consistently whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Be attentive and methodical, with a keen eye for detail.
  • QC your daily workload.
  • Promptly escalate any issues to your line manager, maintaining open communication on project statuses.
  • Be open to learning new skills & techniques in our collaborative, supportive environment.

You Are

  • An experienced Photoshop-based Retoucher, with 1-3 years’ experience of retouching fashion imagery in a creative environment.
  • Passionate about the quality of your imagery!
  • Familiar with colour grading, lighting & various photographic techniques.
  • Keen to work with a world-class team of designers, photographers and other professionals to create world-class imagery for a global brand.
  • Experienced in using industry-standard creative software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. Knowledge of Nano Banana Pro and Higgsfield would be an advantage.
  • Communicative & supportive, happy to work in our friendly team!
  • Able to adhere to processes and are adaptable.
  • Familiar with working to brand guidelines.
  • Able to commute to our Cheltenham offices.
