FULL DESCRIPTION

We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established building society in Ballymena on a 9 month fixed-term contract. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a friendly, customer-focused team.

Working Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch), £13.46 per hour (£24,500 per annum), plus £150 for working 1 Saturday every 3 months.

About the Role

You’ll be the face and voice of the branch, supporting customers with everyday banking needs including account queries, mortgages, opening accounts, cash handling, and incoming calls. It’s a varied, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and delivering great service.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including Maths and English
  • Be willing to work 1 Saturday every 3 months
