Warehouse Operative – Immediate Start Required | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Due to continued growth and increased demand, our client is expanding their warehouse team and is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join them.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, stable, and growing business where hard work is recognised. This role starts on a temporary basis, but for the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Pay: £13.65 per hour

Location: Ballymena

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)  After training: 8:00am – 11:30am every other Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Packing and labelling items for delivery
• Receiving goods and putting them away correctly
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
• Supporting with general warehouse duties

What We Need From You

• Previous warehouse experience with picking and packing duties
• Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding warehouse work
• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• Basic computer skills
