Aftercare and Service Coordinator – Newry
We are seeking an aftercare and Service coordinator to work with our client [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], in their Newry Branch.
This post is a temporary post, initially required for a period of 3 weeks covering sickness, with the possibility of extension.
Working hours will be Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and 08:30 – 15:30 on Fridays, and will be paid at £13.50 per hour.
The Main duties of this role are to provide prompt and effective responses to client enquiries, addressing concerns and offering clear guidance on aftercare and servicing options, offer ongoing support to clients throughout the aftercare period, ensuring post-purchase satisfaction and timely resolution of issues, maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, service providers, and internal teams to support efficient aftercare operations and schedule and coordinate aftercare and servicing appointments with engineers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSE’s all grade C or above to include English and Maths
- 1 year experience in administration customer service
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
