Salary: £13.45 per hour (£15.07 overtime/bank)
Hours: The Support Worker role requires flexibility with shift work, nights, evenings and weekends to ensure smooth service delivery on a 24 hour contract.

About the Role
As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will assist the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager in delivering outstanding care and support to individuals who enjoy active and independent lifestyles.
You will play a vital role in supporting people with their daily routines and encouraging independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with the individuals we support
- Delivering care in line with personalised care plans and person-centred approaches
- Supporting individuals with day-to-day routines and activities
- Assisting with personal care when requird
- Encourage independence and supporting people to achieve their personal goals
- Promote wellbeing, confidence and social inclusion
- Supporting individuals to access the community and participate in activities
What we’re looking for
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or above) is desirable. Support will be provided to gain this qualification if required
- Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant or Carer is preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health needs is desirable
- A full UK driving licence is required
