Accounts Assistant

Salary: £25000 - £30000 per annum

Location: Keighley

Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Keighley.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of statutory year end accounts for sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships.
  • Calculating corporate tax and personal tax liabilities.
  • Preparation of VAT returns.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties when required.

To successfully apply for this Accounts Assistant role, ideally you will meet the following:

  • Be studying towards AAT level 4 or be AAT qualified.
  • Have 2+ years’ Practice experience in an Accounts Assistant position.
  • Be eager to learn and progress with the firm, both professionally and through your studies.
