A well‑established and growing UK insurance broker is expanding its specialist Motor Trade Insurance Sales Team in Halesowen. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance sales professional who wants high‑quality inbound leads, strong earning potential and a healthy work‑life balance. This role is fully office‑based, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekend work.
Telephone Insurance Sales Executive
Salary: Base Salary up to £35,000 plus uncapped commission OTE c£45,000
Location: Halesowen

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance sales professional who wants high‑quality inbound leads, strong earning potential and a healthy work‑life balance. This role is fully office‑based, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekend work.
The business specialises in competitive Motor Trade Road Risk insurance forclients across the UK. All enquiries are warm inbound leads generated via online quote requests, many coming through recommendation. There is no cold calling, and the team benefits from access to exclusive, highly competitive products. The sales culture is supportive, energetic and geared toward success.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an insurance‑based role, strong communication and telephone skills, and a target‑driven mindset. Confidence in a fast‑paced environment and strong reliability are essential.
The package includes a £30,000–£35,000 basic salary and a realistic OTE of £45,000+ with monthly bonuses. Benefits include 35 days of annual leave including bank holidays, a company pension, Bupa Cash Plan and on‑site parking. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Halesowen, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
