Your career will progress through your studies and work experience, as a Trainee Accountant you will have the support of other employees who are studying, whilst gaining a breadth of experience from senior staff. As a Trainee Accountant, you will be responsible for: Preparation of year end accounts for a variety of clients including sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships. Preparation of VAT returns. Support with bookkeeping as and when required. Calculating corporate tax and personal tax liabilities.
