FULL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery across a portfolio of Finance Change initiatives. The role focuses on providing structured project support, maintaining governance standards, and building strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Programme/Project Manager in developing and maintaining plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track project progress and provide clear status reporting
- Organise project meetings, produce minutes, and manage action logs
- Maintain accurate project documentation and controls
- Support issue, risk, and escalation management
- Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with transition of project outputs into business-as-usual
- Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory, and data protection requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years’ experience in a PMO or project coordination role supporting complex change initiatives
- Good understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, APMP, BABOK, or SDLC desirable
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desirable
