A well known and growing Insurance Broking group is seeking a Compliance Business Partner to provide high?quality compliance support across the business focusing on the Midlands. This is a key advisory role where you will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, influencing decision?making and shaping how teams operate within a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on FCA regulatory obligations, internal policies, and procedures
- Providing practical guidance on ICOBS and SMCR requirements
- Supporting teams across commercial and retail insurance to embed compliance into day?to?day activity
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for compliance queries
- Influencing and guiding stakeholders without formal line management responsibility
To be considered you must have a strong understanding of FCA compliance requirements across commercial and retail insurance ideally with experience in a commercial Broker.
You will have working knowledge of ICOBS and SMCR, with the ability to confidently apply this within a commercial broking setting. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
You must be have confidence to work independently with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
