Credit Hire Litigator (2+ PQE)

Salary: Up to £60,000

Location: Bolton

Role Overview

An established regional law firm is seeking a Credit Hire Litigator to join their Bolton team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves managing a caseload of litigated fast-track and multi-track Credit Hire claims, handling liability-disputed cases, and progressing matters through to trial. Hybrid working is offered.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

  • 2+ years experience in Credit Hire litigation (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing a full caseload of litigated RTA / Credit Hire claims
  • Strong knowledge of Credit Hire case law, MOJ protocols, Pre-Action Protocol, and CPR
  • Experience handling liability disputed cases and court proceedings
  • Strong understanding of personal injury claims process and costs
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Confident using case management systems (Proclaim experience desirable)
