Web Developer (B2B CRO & UX)
• £60,000–£70,000
• London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Role Highlights – core tasks & impact
- Build and optimise landing pages to drive measurable conversion uplift
- Translate campaigns into engaging, high-performing web experiences
- Analyse full user journeys to identify friction and drop-off points
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement and lead capture

You Will Need – key skills/experience
- Strong front-end development experience across marketing websites
- Solid WordPress expertise and interest in evolving platform architecture
- Proven exposure to B2B or SaaS websites with lead-generation focus
- Data-led CRO and UX mindset with testing and optimisation experience
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver at pace
