CRM Systems Manager (MarTech) £60,000–£76,000 London or Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Our client is investing significantly in its global Marketing & Business Development technology function, creating an opportunity for an experienced CRM Systems Manager to take ownership of a critical experience management platform and shape the future of legal marketing systems. This role has been created to support the next phase of growth, automation, and operational efficiency across an international professional services environment.
Role Highlights:
- Own and enhance the Litera Foundation experience platform globally
- Drive phase two automation of data capture processes
- Partner with IT and vendors on integrations and system improvements
- Lead global training, communications, and user adoption initiatives
- Project manage enhancements and future CRM migration input
You Will Need:
- Strong MarTech experience within a law firm (preferred) or professional services
- Proven CRM expertise (InterAction, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Experience working with vendors and internal IT teams
- Prior people management experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
